Dr. Ayobami Alo (mostly known as “Ayo Alo”) is the CEO of Elan Orris Real Estate Ltd and Axial Pacific Realty Ltd, two young & innovative companies in Lagos & Abuja with an intention to reshape real estate functionality in Africa with cutting edge ideas. He is a graduate of Geopyisics and Business Administration, who savoured a 10-year progressive career in Sales and Management.
Prior to being a business owner, Ayo Alo was a dogged salesman; an individual driven by growth and a wide experience that cuts across Sales, Land acquisition, Product branding, Negotiation and more. Having worked in industries like water-engineer, real-estate, information-technology and insurance, he gathered useful experience that turned him today into a valuable sales and business expert.
He held a number of significant roles in the organizations he worked and led several sales & marketing teams to high performance with his soft skills and unrivalled passion for growth. He is a seasoned sales coach, a public speaker, a writer, a multi-award winner, a team builder and an advancing business leader.
He is an Alumni of several Nigerian & international institutions, also an ECOWAS Youth Ambassador, being honoured with the Nelson Mandela Leadership Award of Excellence & Integrity.
Over the past 17 years, Dr. Ayo Alo has had a personal drive for soft-skill education. Having worked in industries such as Water Engineering, Insurance, Information Technology and Real Estate, he took sales & leadership trainings as useful tools in becoming a seasoned coach and a preferred corporate leader.
Since 2013, he has taught over 5,300 participants across Africa, trained more than 18 young people who today run their own businesses and about 32 people who are top executives in several companies in Nigeria.
With zero experience but purely driven by growth, Ayo Alo stepped into the world of sales in 2008. He personally believes that “advancement truly occurs when an individual does not cease to engage in personal development”.
Now as a business owner, Ayo Alo continues to impact lives by training people on skills discovery and improvement using many of his self-developed modules as workshops. This education/academic aspect formed the Corporate Social Responsibility (CRS) unit of his organization.
